Can my companion travel with me in the pickup?
Yes. Tell us how many people are travelling with the patient, including any companions on e-Medical Attendant Visas, and how much luggage you have, so the vehicle suits your group.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Let your Medwell coordinator know about any change to your flight as soon as you can, and send your new flight number or arrival time. We update your pickup to match the new arrival.
